Fullerton Day of Music on Sunday promises music throughout the city
    • June 19, 2026

Fullerton will once again celebrate the longest day of the year, the summer solstice, with a day of free, public music.

The community, for more than a decade, has participated in the global Day of Music initiative, hosting free music performances at all kinds of venues each year on June 21.

Some 30 venues are participating in Sunday’s Fullerton Day of Music, organizers said. Check the website to look by location or artist — organizers said there are more than 100 artists that will be performing throughout the day.

Downtown restaurants, coffee shops and businesses have lineups planned throughout the day, and there are performances at the train station, in city parks, at the Fullerton Arboretum and more.

At the Downtown Plaza next to the Fullerton Museum Center on East Wilshire Avenue, there will be vendor booths, a kids’ area, food and more, along with the concerts.
