Stagecoach 2026: Guy Fieri releases times for his barbecue demonstrations
    • April 13, 2026

You won’t find music at Guy Fieri’s Stagecoach Smokehouse, but it’s become a smoking hot destination at the Stagecoach Country Music Festival.

Food Network star Fieri has had his own space at the three-day Indio festival since 2018, doing barbecue demonstrations with a large staff of pitmasters and assistants who hand out free samples to the crowds.

He also brings in musicians, usually a couple of hours before their sets, to get cooking lessons, make their own creations, such as loaded baked potatoes last year; and also join in the food giveaway.

Since Fieri partners with Sammy Hagar on tequila brand Santa Spirits, the demos often have a margarita  component as well.

Two demos will take place daily, one in mid-afternoon with country stars and one in the early evening with pitmasters.

    Here’s this year’s schedule.

    Friday, April 24

2:45 p.m.: Chase Rice and Nate Smith, whose sets will take place on the Mane Stage shortly after the demo at 4 and 5:15 p.m, and Texas rapper BigXthaPlug, who will be on the Mustang Stage at 5:20 p.m.

5 p.m.: Pitmasters Pat Martin and Rashad Jones.

    Saturday, April 25

2:45 p.m.: Gavin Rossdale of Bush, which will perform 6:45 p.m. on the Mustang Stage; Gavin Adcock, who will perform on the Palomino Stage at 7 p.m.; Billy Bob Thornton of Taylor Sheridan’s “Landman,” who will also be at the Palomino Stage with the Boxmasters at 4:45 p.m.; and multi-Grammy winner Wynonna Judd, who will be on the Palomino Stage at 6 p.m. Friday.

5 p.m.: Pitmasters Pat Martin and Chris Conger.

    Sunday, April 26

3:30 p.m.: Brett Young, who will be on the Mane Stage at 5:15 p.m., and Wyatt Flores, who will be on the Palomino Stage at 7:20 p.m.

5:45 p.m.: Pitmasters Chris Conger and Rashad Jones.

Like the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival two weekends before it, Stagecoach offers a wide range of food vendors throughout its venue, the Empire Polo Club at 81-800 51st Ave., Indio.

Unusual offerings will include Arby’s Meatin’ Post, which according to the Stagecoach website will feature  “Arby’s iconic Sunset Sign.” Arby’s, the fast food chain known for its roast beef sandwiches, had a high-profile restaurant on Hollywood Boulevard for 55 years before it closed in 2024. Its giant illuminated 10-gallon hat was a Hollywood landmark.

There will also be a Jimmy Dean Rest Shop with sandwiches and waffles. Dean was a 1960s country music and TV star who is now better known for his breakfast sausage brand
