    Stagecoach 2026: 119 arrested during festival — and these are the violations

    A total of 119 people were arrested during the 2026 Stagecoach Country Music Festival in Indio, police said Tuesday.

    The largest number of arrests, 66, were categorized as “other,” with 58 of those for possession of alcohol under 21 years of age, according to the Indio Police Department.

    The second largest number of arrests, 41, were for false identification, while seven people were arrested for alleged possession of drugs and another five for alleged drug and/or alcohol intoxication.

    Last year’s Stagecoach Festival featured a total of 151 arrests.

    Police cited 48 people this year for unlawful use of a disabled person placard and an additional person under the “other” category.

    The three-day festival was held from April 24-26 at the Empire Polo Club.
