Stagecoach 2026: Arby’s giant sign shines again on festival grounds
    • April 25, 2026

Arby’s, the fast food chain known for its shaved roast beef sandwiches, brought a touch of Hollywood to the 2026 Stagecoach Country Music Festival in Indio.

Arby’s made its debut this year in a “meat-up spot” behind the Mane Stage decorated like an old-time diner. In front is an old Arby’s sign from the 1960s and ’70s resembling a 10-gallon hat.

It’s the same sign that stood in front of the Arby’s on Sunset Boulevard near KTLA, according to staff at the pop-up. That sign was up for decades and became something of a landmark in Hollywood until the restaurant closed in 2024.

The sign sits on the ground surrounded by bales of hay, making it convenience for selfies.

It lit up – mostly – around 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 24, the first night of Stagecoach. The last rays of the sign were lighting the sky over the San Jacinto Mountains to the west, and Ella Langley had just finished her set on the Mane Stage, so the area was flooded with people.

The sign reads, “Arby’s Roast Beef Sandwish is delicious” in glowing orange and pink letters. Electricians had a little trouble getting the “B” in Beef to turn on.

Arby’s slogan is, “We have the meats.” The Meatin’ Post did for most of the afternoon. It was giving away barbecued brisket and pulled pork sliders with seasoned fries for free but ran out long before the sign went on.

Similarly Tyson Foods is making its Stagecoach debut with the Jimmy Dean Diner, around the corner in the Terrace area of the festival grounds.

It’s part of a promotion for Tyson’s new protein waffles and serves breakfast items such as sausage and egg croissants and mini maple pancakes with sausage bites for the hard-to-beat price of $6. Entrees at other Stagecoach concessions could run two to three times as much.

It gives away free samples of bacon and Cinnamon Protein Waffles 1-5 p.m.

The space also includes a charging station and a tribute to Jimmy Dean, who was a country recording artist and TV actor in the 1960s before becoming better known for his breakfast sausages.
