    Dodgers’ bats tamed by White Sox in 7-2 loss

    THE GAME: The Dodgers were held to six hits and lost to the Chicago White Sox 7-2 on Saturday afternoon at Camelback Ranch.

    HITTING REPORT: Zach Ehrhard had the only multiple-hit game in the Dodgers’ lineup Saturday. He had a single and a triple. … Mookie Betts returned to the lineup after spending a couple days in Los Angeles for the birth of his third child. He was 0 for 2 with a walk. … Kyle Tucker was 0 for 3 at designated hitter and is 3 for 15 this spring. … Max Muncy, Dalton Rushing and Andy Pages each had a single.

    PITCHING REPORT: Justin Wrobleski had a rough start. He was charged with five runs on four hits and two walks in 2⅓ innings. … Alex Vesia pitched another scoreless inning. He hasn’t allowed a run this inning while facing 18 hitters, striking out six, walking two and giving up just one hit. …  Tanner Scott retired the side in order with a strikeout in his inning. … Jack Dreyer struck out two in his 1-2-3 inning.

    DEFENSE REPORT: A throwing error by Dalton Rushing led to the White Sox’s first run in the game. … White Sox left fielder Tristan Peters robbed Dalton Rushing of a three-run home run in the sixth inning. Peters went back to the wall, jumped up and reached over the fence to catch Rushing’s drive.
