    Home prices dip in half of OC. How did your ZIP do?

    The median selling price dipped vs. a year ago in half of Orange County ZIP codes, according to Attom.

    Looking at the 86 local ZIP codes with comparable sales in March 2026, prices increased in the past year in 43 and decreased in 43.

    The priciest ZIP among those with five or more sales was Newport Coast 92657 with a $10.79 million median. The cheapest was Santa Ana 92701’s $465,000 median.

    Sales were up in 38 ZIPs, down in 42 and six were unchanged. The busiest ZIP was Laguna Niguel 92677 with 77 sales.

    Overall, the countywide median of $1.22 million was up 1.7% over 12 months. Total sales of 2,154 were a 1% decrease for the year.
