Savannah Bananas parade into Disneyland to delight of fans
    • March 26, 2026

For many, a visit to Anaheim is not complete without a stop at Disneyland, and the Savannah Bananas are no exception.

The competitive, showmanship-focused baseball team made an appearance on Thursday, March 26, at the theme park before its two sold-out games at Angel Stadium.

Hundreds of people gathered in front of Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle to watch the team sing and dance with Mickey Mouse.

Some visitors camped out for more than two hours to watch the players make their way down Main Street, U.SA., during a small parade.

Pitcher Kelsie Whitmore is no stranger to Anaheim. She grew up in Temecula and played softball for Cal State Fullerton.

Whitmore, who also played for the USA Baseball Women’s National Team, said the Savannah Bananas lets her be herself and have fun.

“Being the only female on the team brings out uniqueness within itself,” she added.

Aalia Bray celebrated her 10th birthday by driving from Oregon with her family to see the Bananas perform in the park.

Her father said they couldn’t get tickets for this weekend in Anaheim, but they will be there when Banana Ball storms into Eugene, Oregon, in June.

Banana Ball has become wildly popular in the United States in recent years with its entertaining, yet competitive, take on America’s pastime.

The Savannah Bananas will play the Indianapolis Clowns, one of its three partner touring teams, during Banana Ball Championship League games on Friday and Saturday at Angel Stadium.
