Modern home in Woodland Hills’ Walnut Acres lists for $4M
    • July 24, 2026

In the Walnut Acres neighborhood, a custom Woodland Hills home that blends organic modern style with midcentury influences is on the market for just under $4 million.

The house spans 4,270 square feet across a single-story layout wrapped in expansive glass walls. It features four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a central atrium that anchors the home’s open-concept living space.

Records show the owner is a California limited liability company managed by Guy Bachar, co-founder of the premium showroom Imperial Tile and Stone and a principal at Builder Hub Inc. His construction and remodeling firm, in collaboration with New Image Builders, designed and built the home from the ground up.

Now framed by modern landscaping with large pavers and clumping grass, the residence sits on more than a third of an acre.

The geometric facade with overlapping rectangular boxes  reflects the neighborhood’s shift away from classic 1940s and ’50s California ranch-style homes toward new luxury construction and modern design. According to listing brokerage The Agency, several recent sales in the area have exceeded $5 million.

A glass pivot door opens into the main living space with high ceilings, built-ins, premium materials and seamless indoor-outdoor living. This space combines the living and dining areas and the gourmet kitchen around the central atrium.

In the kitchen, white oak cabinetry, a center waterfall island wrapped in Calacatta Monet Viola natural stone and premium JennAir appliances, including a dual-fuel range, define the minimalist space.

The primary suite occupies its own wing of the house. It features a walk-in closet, a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, an oversized shower with a built-in bench and direct access to the backyard.

Three secondary bedroom suites, each featuring sliding doors to a private gravel patio, sit on the opposite wing.

An expansive lawn frames the backyard pool, which features a Baja shelf. A spa, lounge area and built-in barbecue island with bar seating complete the outdoor entertaining space.

George Ouzounian and Jordan Ginsburg of The Agency share the listing.
