    • September 24, 2024

For the 45th year, the local Polish community celebrated with a Dozynki Harvest Festival in Yorba Linda.

An autumn tradition to give thanks for the labors of the community and a bountiful harvest that dates back centuries, at the Pope John Paul II Polish Center the weekend festival was a celebration of culture.

Visitors enjoyed traditional Polish food, a variety of dances and ceremonies, as well as games and activities. There was also a Guinness World Record-holding doily showcasing the talent of lace makers to check out.
